It’s really sad to see Dilla in a wheelchair but touching to see he still had his sense of humor. I can’t really speak on this too much, just watch the video. He talks about recording with Biggie! Shout to my man Rhettmatic in the mix too.

this video was crazy touching the first time i saw it. for him to be so sick, but he had done so much in such a little period of time. dilla will always be my greatest inspiration man.

That Modern Day Gangstas version came out in 2002; MC Labba wasn’t in Flipmode back in 96′. The verse we hear on the ’02 track isn’t the original one, it’s a cut down version of the one in Dangerous MCs, put on Dilla’s original beat. I want to hear the og one so badly.
