Chromeo just came back from the Good Vibrations tour in Australia and my brother warned me that he was bringing back a picture “for my blog”. Really? What could it be? Duh, why didn’t I guess… it was a picture of a double banana of course! They said they had a bunch of these in their catering: a Siamese banana twosome in one peel. Ayoooo!

You know how hard it is to find good luggage in this cold, cold world. I can’t even tell you how many suitcases I’ve gone through in my lifetime. So when I stumbled upon these 2 new collections you can imagine the Stimpy-esque “OH JOY!” that I squealed to myself.
The first is the fruit of a collaboration between Viktor & Rolf and Samsonite, inspired by the early jet years of the ’50s and ’60s. More info here.
And the 2nd is Trussardi 1911’s new SS09 collection, which offers a new take on the material crespo. To me Crespo is a brand of pickles but I guess it’s also a fabric. Sho’ nuff.
