Shepard Fairey interviewed by Charlie Rose
The amount of media attention that Shepard has gotten lately is astounding, but definitely well earned. Here he speaks to Charlie Rose about designing my Dirty South Dance CD his ubiquitous Obama poster.
Shepard was named one of GQ Magazine’s men of the year, and he currently has an retrospective exhibition at the ICA/Boston called “Supply And Demand”.

That’s so funny. Being a graphic designer myself I can imagine what a hard time Shepard had here trying to explain his art verbally… I hate when somebody ask me “What did you mean by this picture?”.
