Taking the notion of limited edition to the extreme, Swedish magazine Tare Lugnt have released their third issue as a tattoo. You can see the magazine being “published” after the jump.

Animal Adventure: the Planet Earth series

OK, you know by now that I’m into strange animals and documentaries on wildlife. So how come I’m only now discovering the Planet Earth DVD box set? After a couple of thorough recommendations I got my hands on the series last week and started watching it on tour. This series is nothing short of amazing. The shots are so good it almost feels like you’re cheating nature by watching it. Seriously, when I’m in the middle of those schools of fish I feel like I’m intruding. It’s too pretty. When they tell you that you’re watching the first footage of a snow leopard I want to ask “is he OK with this?”. I’m only about a quarter into it now but this clip of a vampyroteuthis is mesmerizing. This youtube clip doesn’t do it justice. Get those DVDs!

Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Common & myself – I Poke Her Face (LowQuality Radio Rip)

I was home for 2 days this past week, between WMC and the start of my European tour. Perfect timing: Kanye sent me this joint and asked me for some “good ol scratches” (verbatim). I jumped on it immediately and here we are just a few days later, it premiered on Hot 97. This is a really low res radio rip but I like it because hey, I get plenty of shout outs! Thanks DJ Enuff.

I’m sure the CDQ version will be online imminently…

Around the World, pt. 16

Sorry for the late report folks! I usually do these blogs on Mondays but this week has been nuts. The madness really hit overdrive when I went to Miami for Winter Music Conference last week. I was just coming off of two press days in LA where my personal highlight was the combination of driving in the city of cars for the first time, twittering about how bad I drive especially in a rental Jeep, and getting @replies warning me that I’d get a ticket for texting and driving! As you’ll recall, WMC marked the final stretch of my Infinity +1 tour, having been on the road for 2 weeks.
