The fried chicken was actually featured on a show called “the Best Thing I Ever Ate” on the Food Network. Michael Psilakis, the chef/owner of Anthos in Manhattan, proclaims it to be his favorite crunchy food on earth. This is serious fried chicken, not for the weak.
